Hon. Colin L. Campbell Q.C. retired in 2013 from the Bench as Justice of the Superior Court of Ontario where he had presided for 15 years. Prior to that, he had practiced as a litigation attorney with McCarthy Tetrault for over 30 years. Not content with a 45-year career as a respected member of the legal profession, he has moved on in the past two years in the field of alternative dispute resolution, as a mediator, arbitrator, and complex case manager with his firm here in Toronto. Colin’s subject will be the justice system.
