APPETIZERS:  Soup du jour OR Village Salad (heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, green peppers, fresh capers, Greek feta, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil)
 
MAINS: Short Rib Pappardelle (slowly braised short ribs simmered in red wine and balsamic mushroom ragu, finished with shaved parmesan) OR Thai Curry (onion, red pepper, zucchini, sweet potato, green beans and eggplant, gently simmered in coconut milk infused green curry, served with jasmine rice) OR Pan Seared Trout (crispy, skin-on rainbow trout served with tomato and arugula salad dressed with white balsamic vinaigrette)
