Alice Fava -  “Macrobiotic Diet & Lifestyle”    

Modern macrobiotics is simply the Greek term for long life, or great life and emphasizes the use of grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, sea vegetables and fermented foods. Combined into balanced meals following the ancient Chinese principles of yin and yang, these health giving foods are part of the process in creating a vibrant, peaceful and balanced life for everyone, regardless of age.  Alice will share with us the benefits in a macrobiotic diet and lifestyle.    

Social time begins at 9:30 am and the meeting begins at 10:00am.
Members do not need to register for this meeting. 

Note: Those people on the club's waiting list and guests of members must notify Vicky Goora (416-239-6345) of their intention to attend at least five days before the meeting.  Charge for these people is $10.00.
