Workshop for Website Administrators

This is a workshop for website administrators only.  (A special registration code is required in order to register for this event).


We will review and discuss the following:
  • How to update the content of pages on the website.
  • How to send an email to a group of members.
  • How to maintain a list of people interested in a particular interest group.
  • How to set up a new event (by copying an existing event and making changes)
    • Event description
    • Registration details
    • Automatic emails - announcements, reminders and confirmations
    • Adding attendees manually
  • How to check a list of attendees and print out a check-in sheet
  • How to record cheques received against the list of attendees
  • How to view invoices issued and payments received
