FROM OUR PRESIDENT -Happy Birthday, Canada! As we celebrate July 1, 2026, and the 159th anniversary of Canadian Confederation, we do so with gratitude and pride. May we continue to cherish and strengthen the values that bring us together as Canadians. Our June activities once again offered something for everyone. In addition to our monthly speaker and popular regular outings such as the Big Screen Group and the ROMEO Group, many members enjoyed an exceptional tour of Dundurn Castle National Historic Site in Hamilton. It was a fascinating learning experience on a beautiful day, followed by a delicious lunch at The Boathouse in Oakville. A heartfelt thank you goes to our tireless volunteers whose creativity, dedication, and organizational efforts continue to make our club such a success. Whether attending a live theatre performance at the Shaw Festival, enjoying A Day at the Races, exploring the Niagara Region Wine Tour, or participating in one of our many other activities, members have no shortage of opportunities to learn, socialize, and have fun. Our goal is to provide fellowship, friendship and enjoyment for people in their retirement and semi-retirement years. We thrive through the engagement and participation of our members. You’ll find a wealth of new experiences and a much-expanded network of friends. We have interesting guest speakers and a broad range of group activities and social events.
The organization is non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit making and non-fundraising. Speakers and operating costs are covered by our annual membership dues. Additional fees may be charged for special events and group activities.

MONTHLY MEETINGSMeetings are held at Markland Wood Golf Club unless advised otherwise. MAPS AND MORE. Pre-registration is required. Space permitting, registered Guests are welcome when accompanied by a Member.
