About the Probus Organization

PROBUS is an association of retired persons who join together in autonomous clubs throughout the world.

The basic purpose of a PROBUS Club is to provide regular gatherings for those who, in retirement, appreciate and value opportunities to meet others in similar circumstances and of similar levels of interest.  Clubs may be established as men or women only or mixed.

There is no compulsion to attend any number of meetings.   Participation in various activities is encouraged to get the most value for your membership.

About the Probus Club of Etobicoke

The Probus Club of Etobicoke is one of approximately 250 Probus Clubs across Canada.

Our goal is to provide fellowship, friendship and fun for people in their retirement and semi-retirement years.

You’ll find a wealth of new experiences and a much-expanded network of friends. We have interesting guest speakers, a broad range of group activities and social events, stimulating conversation and the chance to explore the community with new friends.

The club is non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit making and non-fundraising.
