Ravioli Rose - Large ravioli stuffed with spinach, asiago and ricotta cheese in a rose sauce    

Pollo Marsala- -Chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms in a sweet creamy marsala sauce served with vegetables and potatoes  

Vitello Parmigiana - Breaded veal topped with cheese & tomato sauce served with side pasta    

Salmone Rustico - Pan Seared salmon topped with fresh tomatoes, artichokes, capers, & olive oil with side risotto & vegetables
