RCMP Public Relations Officer Constable Terry Russell is our March guest speaker. Terry has served as a Welcome Ambassador at Canadian Citizenship ceremonies. Perhaps you have seen him at a Toronto Blue Jays game as part of the colour guard or at a Toronto FC game coin toss. Terry will give us an inside view of the RCMP today and the history of the iconic Mountie uniform. Terry will also discuss the Youthdale Riding Program, a therapeutic riding program for at risk youths.
