Let’s start January, 2018 laughing while sitting (no foor exercises) with Lillian Saggiorato an Occupational Health Nurse and a certified Laughter Yoga teacher.  

Lillian will introduce us to Laughter Yoga – a unique exercise that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing which provides many benefits to the body and mind.  

Social time begins at 9:30 am and the meeting begins at 10:00am.
Members do not need to register for this meeting. 

Note: Those people on the club's waiting list and guests of members must notify Vicky Goora (416-239-6345) of their intention to attend at least five days before the meeting.  Charge for these people is $10.00.
