This is our Annual General Meeting.

There will be reports from various members of the Management Committee.

In addition, we will vote on the Proposed Slate of Nominees for the Management Committee for the coming year.

Social time begins at 9:30 am and the meeting begins at 10:00am.
Members do not need to register for this meeting. 

Note: Those people on the club's waiting list and guests of members must notify Vicky Goora (416-239-6345) of their intention to attend at least five days before the meeting.  Charge for these people is $10.00.
